Currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Representative looking for a great opportunity to work for an industry leader in Homeowner Association Management. This team member will assist homeowners with questions or concerns regarding invoices, payments, and accounts. Our ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help homeowners; they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They possess the ability to problem-solve and are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve homeowners complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to homeowner inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


  • Manage a large volume of calls & support tickets
  • Research homeowner questions concerning HOA matters
  • Respond promptly to daily communications
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Update homeowner contact information
  • Communicate with Board of Directors on behalf of a request
  • Perform courtesy calls to outstanding accounts


  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Excellent communication

Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods of time and working on a computer for up to 8 hours per day.

Hourly Rate: $14.75

Job Requirements:

This is a remote work from home position, must have a high speed internet connection and a dedicated home work space. Travel to our home office in Denham Springs, LA is required at times. Must complete background check,  and personality profile
