Community Management is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Department! $15/hr

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Benefits Administration
  • Payroll Processing
  • Leaves of absence  
  • Terminations/Separations
  • ADA requirements/compliance
  • Document Control 
  • Annual payroll and benefits auditing and surveys 
  • Assist other team members within the Human Resources Department
  • Data Entry

Skills and Experience Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Some experience with payroll and  benefits
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • People focused
  • Experience in Excel, Office, Outlook, and tech savvy in learning new software
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
